If you choose, you will have the opportunity to expand your impact in the future through initiatives such as infrastructure, housing, businesses, and other transformative projects.

Ambassadors also look after the mental health of others, providing encouragement through special gestures, kind words, or actions. They provide resources and guidance, foster community engagement, and promote sustainable development.

Ambassadors are committed to contributing to the success and well-being of others, empowering them to live their best lives and realize their dreams.

Ambassador Free Business Bundle:

Upon signing up for a free account, users become eligible to upgrade to the Ambassador Starter Bundle for $29 per month once their business generates a minimum of $40 in revenue. After upgrading, the terms and conditions listed under the Ambassador Starter Business Bundle will apply. Your next payout will be at $800. You will be required to upgrade to the Ambassador Empowerment Business Builder at this time. After the $800, you can request payouts monthly.

Please note that starting with the Ambassador Free Business Bundle may reduce your annual income by at least $7,300 compared to those who initially opt for the Ambassador Starter Business Bundle and follow all steps on our roadmap timeline. Nonetheless, we strive to provide opportunities for everyone to begin their entrepreneurial journey, even if they need to choose the free route.

Ambassador Starter Business Bundle:

Once you sign up for the Ambassador Starter Business Bundle for $29 per month, your first payout will be $800. At this time, you will be required to sign up for the Ambassador Empowerment Business Bundle for $499 per month. You may request a payout once you’ve earned $40 with the Ambassador Free Business Bundle. This payout will be by request only. After you receive your $800 payout, you will receive weekly payouts.

Ambassador Empowerment Business Bundle:

When you upgrade to the Ambassador Empowerment Business Bundle, you will receive everything listed under the Ambassador Empowerment Business Bundle dropdown button.

To qualify for bonus income, you must submit proof of your donation each month. Charitable Donations Requirement:

To continue receiving payments, members must donate to three charities or organizations of their choice each month—one at a local level, one at a national level, and one at a global level. 8. Help you learn the different facets of running a business.

9. Teach you how to keep track of your finances and expenses in order to be prepared to file taxes for your business.

10. Help guide you in finding organizations and charities to help.

11. Aid you in providing the organizations or charities with the material donations they may need.

12. Guide you ethically in your business endeavors; however, Empower bears no legal responsibility for your business operations.

13. Help you run your business by responding to emails, providing customer service, providing you with the necessary tools to run your business, and simplifying the process of running your business by helping you in countless ways.

Your responsibilities in the Strategic Alliance with Empower:

1. To take the steps we provide to set up your business.

2. To research and comply with the business rules and regulations.

3. To ensure that you are keeping track of your income and expenses and file your taxes accordingly.

4. To follow the steps and timeframes within our timeline, which you will receive once you sign up with Empower.

5. To keep a record of the people, organizations, and charities you help in your community, nationwide and globally.

6. To submit a monthly record of the organizations and charities you help, in each category. You are not required to report names of those closely related to you that you help, to protect their privacy. You can just identify them as a friend, relative, neighbor, etc.

7. When possible, please video record or take pictures of your charitable endeavors to help us create a legacy video for you.

Requirements as a Global Impact Ambassador with Empower:

1. As a Global Impact Ambassador with Empower, our commitment is to help you achieve your dream life and for you to help others achieve their dream life by starting their own business by partnering with Empower and becoming a Global Impact Ambassador themselves. We encourage you to provide support and assistance to people close to you in any way in which you feel they need your help. While we acknowledge that providing support to individuals with whom we have an emotional connection can be mentally taxing, we want to emphasize that your mental health and well-being are paramount. Therefore, we want to reassure you that there is no pressure or obligation to assist more people than you can handle. We encourage you to take care of yourself and your own mental health and offer support to those around you within your capacity, as you work together to create a brighter future for everyone.

2. Our goal is to empower you to achieve your dream life, while also helping others do the same. To support this goal, we have designed an income structure that provides multiple streams of income. As a Global Impact Ambassador, we ask that you take an active role in giving back by finding opportunities to make a positive impact in your local community, within your country, and around the world. Empower is here to support you in these efforts, and we have resources available to assist you in making a difference.

3. It is important to keep track of the ways in which you are contributing to our mission of helping others. To this end, we ask that you document your efforts in each of the designated categories and submit them to Empower each month. This helps us track the impact we are making together and ensures our mission is fulfilled.

4. As a member of the Empower community, it is important that we all contribute to our mission of helping others. This can take many forms, and we encourage you to be generous and proactive in finding ways to make a positive impact. While there is no set requirement for how much time or resources you must devote toward helping, we do expect all members to actively participate in these efforts, in order to continue receiving income. By working together, we can make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Ambassador Starter Business Bundle and Ambassador Empowerment Business Bundle Renewals:

1. Both the Ambassador Starter Business Bundle and the Ambassador Empowerment Business Bundle are renewed monthly.

2. If you cancel either one, you will not continue to receive payouts.

As explained previously, if you are enrolled in the Ambassador Free Business Builder, your first payout will be at $40 to upgrade to the Ambassador Starter Bundle. Your next payout will be at $800, at which point you will be required to upgrade to the Empowerment Business Builder Bundle.

If you are enrolled in the Ambassador Starter Business Builder, your first payout will be at $800. Once received, you will also be required to upgrade to the Empowerment Business Builder Bundle and, if desired, to Groove.

2. When sending emails or text messages to people, please make sure you know them in some capacity and only send out meaningful communication, not spam.

3. All partners are approved unless we specifically revoke your account due to any violations herein.

The following are prohibited:

1. Misrepresenting our mission or failing to follow relevant endorsement rules and regulations.

2. Negative language in your promotional campaigns.

3. Safe lists.

4. Offering cash rebates to individuals who use your link.

5. The use of fraudulent credit cards.

6. Cookie stuffing.

7. Gaming the system. This includes acts of manipulating a marketing program or system to gain an unfair advantage or achieve results not representative of our true mission. This can take many forms, such as using deceptive or misleading tactics to manipulate search engine rankings, using spamming techniques to artificially inflate website traffic or sales, or using false or misleading claims to promote a product. Gaming the system is considered unethical and can result in damage to a company's reputation. There can be legal consequences if the actions violate relevant laws or regulations.

8. Signing up influencers without their knowledge.

Engaging in any of the behaviors listed above may result in termination as a partner and the forfeiture of any outstanding commissions.

While partnering with Empower, we kindly request that you refrain from making donations to or associating with the following categories, as they do not align with our values and mission:

1. Illegal drugs and controlled substances: We do not support the use of illegal drugs or the promotion of any substance that is illegal under federal or state law, including CBD and THC products.

2. Weapons: We do not support or endorse the use of weapons of any kind, including firearms, explosives, or other dangerous materials.

3. Organizations promoting discrimination: We do not support or endorse any organization that promotes racism, bigotry, or discrimination against any individual or group based on their race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or any other characteristic.

4. Violence and conflict: We do not support or endorse any organization or activity that promotes violence or the use of force against others, or that promotes war or conflict between nations.

5. Please refrain from donating to any organization that may put you in harm or in jeopardy of facing legal consequences.

Finally, any issue you have is to be taken care of through mediation and not through legal means. Empower is not liable for any activities you partake in as a partner with us.
