Dream Free Business Builder:

Upon signing up for a free account, users are eligible to upgrade to the Dream Free Business Builder for $29 per month, once their business generates a minimum of $40 in revenue. Once you upgrade to the Dream Free Business Builder, the terms are listed under the Dream Launch Business Builder below. It should be noted that selecting the Dream Free Account, as the starting option will reduce your monthly income by a minimum of $2,000 in monthly revenue, compared to those who initially opted for the Dream Launch Business Builder and has followed all of our steps and our timelines. Nonetheless, we strive to provide opportunities for everyone to begin their entrepreneurial journey, even if they need to choose the free route. With the Dream Free Business Builder, you will receive 20% commission from those that purchase this bundle through your link and 15% based on their sales.

Dream Launch Business Builder:

With the Dream Launch Business Builder you will receive 25% commission on the first tier and 20% commission on the second tier based on their sales.

Once you sign up for the Dream Launch Business Builder for $29 per month, your first payout will be $800.

At this time, you will be required to sign up for the Dream Empowerment Business Igniter for $499 per month. Additionally, to access a higher commission structure and additional tools for building your business, you will need to upgrade to Groove’s Premier or Groove’s Lifetime Plan. Partnership with Empower:

Empower will help you create a business through a Strategic Alliance with Empower.

A Strategic Alliance is a partnership and agreement with your business and Empower, established for the following purpose:

a) To create financial stability for you, through the development of your business.

b) To help people around the world start businesses with the goal of having financial freedom.

c) To help people, organizations or charities locally, nationwide and globally by donating material goods, financial contributions and / or by donating our time.

d) To contribute in the efforts to make the world a positive place.

Empower role in the Strategic Alliance is to:

a) Guide you in creating your own business and to help you structure it legally.

b) Share resources, knowledge, and expertise with your company to achieve mutually beneficial goals without merging or acquiring one another.

c) Provide you with an income structure to become financially independent and successful.

d) Create a timeline for your business to follow in order to prosper quickly and successfully.

e) Establish a business model that generates consistent recurring monthly income.

f) Structure your business to allow it to be transferred to family members in order to create generational income.

g) Empower you in creating a legacy that you can be proud of and take pride in. 

h) Help you learn the different facets of running a business.

i) Teach you how to keep track of your finances and expenses in order to be prepared to file taxes for your business.

j) Help guide you in finding organizations and charities to help.

k) Aid you in providing the organizations or charities with the material donations they may need.

l) Guide you ethically in your business endeavors, however, Empower bears no legal responsibility to your business operations.

m) Help you run your business by responding to emails, providing customer service, providing you the necessary tools to run your business and to simplify the process of running your business, by helping you in countless ways.

Your responsibilities in the Strategic Alliance with Empower:

a) To take the steps we provide in order to set up your business.

b) To research and comply with the business rules and regulations.

c) To ensure that you are keeping track of your income and expenses and file your taxes accordingly.

d) To follow the steps and timeframes within our timeline, which you will receive once you sign up with Empower.

e) To keep a record of the people, organizations and charities you help in your community, nationwide and globally.

f) To submit a monthly record of the organizations and charities you help, in each category. You are not required to report those who are closely related to you that you help, in order to protect their privacy. 

g) When possible, please video record or take pictures of your charitable endeavors to help us create a legacy video for you.

Requirements as a Dream Investor with Empower:

1. As a Dream Investor with Empower, our commitment is to help you achieve your dream life and for you to help others to achieve their dream life by starting their own business partnering with Empower and becoming Dream Investors, themselves. We encourage you to provide support and assistance to people close to you in any way in which you feel they need your help. While we acknowledge that providing support to individuals with whom we have an emotional connection can be mentally taxing, we want to emphasize that your mental health and well-being are paramount. Therefore, we want to reassure you that there is no pressure or obligation to assist more people than you can handle. We encourage you to take care of yourself and your own mental health and offer support to those around you within your capacity, as you work together to create a brighter future for everyone.

2. Our goal is to empower you to achieve your dream life, while also helping others to do the same. To support this goal, we have designed an income structure that provides multiple streams of income for investors. As an investor in our community, we ask that you take an active role in giving back by finding opportunities to make a positive impact in your local community, within your country, and around the world. Empower is here to support you in these efforts, and we have resources available to assist you in making a difference.

3. It is important to keep track of the ways in which you are contributing to our mission of helping others. To this end, we ask that you document your efforts in each of the designated categories and submit it to Empower each month. This helps us to track the impact that we are making together and to ensure that our mission is being fulfilled.

4. As a member of the Empower community, it is important that we all contribute to our mission of helping others. This can take many forms, and we encourage you to be generous and proactive in finding ways to make a positive impact. While there is no set requirement for how much time or resources you must devote toward helping, we do expect all members to actively participate in these efforts, in order to continue receiving income. By working together, we can make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Dream Launch Business Builder and Dream Empowerment Business Igniter Renewals:

1. Both the Dream Launch Business Builder and the Dream Empowerment Business Igniter are renewed monthly.

2. If you cancel either one, you will not continue to receive payouts from your investees / partners, since the income of your investor / partner will be disrupted by your cancellation.

Payouts from Empower:

1. As stated above, you will receive your first payout once you have made $800. Thereafter, you will receive your payout once a week.

2. You must enter the method in which you want to be paid into your portal, to be paid by Empower or by Groove. The current payout methods available are through PayPal or directly to your bank account. Fees may apply.

3. Empower is not responsible for any payments due from Groove. Please see the section above concerning Groove's payments, procedures and how to contact them.

4. Empower is not responsible for any delay in payouts caused by payment processors.

If any of our partners, investors, or investees are found to engage in bullying or harassing behavior through social media or in business, we will issue a warning and may terminate the partnership if necessary. We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all members of our community.

Additional Rules, Terms & Conditions:

1. It is important to adhere to the Federal Trade Commission's (FTC) and the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) guidelines when promoting Empower. By following these guidelines, we can ensure that we are operating ethically and transparently, and we can continue to build trust with our investors, investees and partners.

2. When sending emails or text messages to people please make sure you know them in some capacity and only send out meaningful communication not spam.

3. All partners are approved, unless we specifically revoke your account due to any violations herewith-in.

The following are prohibited:

1. Misrepresenting our mission or failing to follow relevant endorsement rules and regulations.

2. Negative language in your promotional campaigns.

3. Safe lists

4. Offering cash rebates to individuals who make purchases through your link.

5. The use of fraudulent credit cards.

7. Gaming the System. This includes acts of manipulating a marketing program or system in order to gain an unfair advantage or to achieve results that are not representative of our true mission. This can take many forms, such as using deceptive or misleading tactics to manipulate search engine rankings, using spamming techniques to artificially inflate website traffic or sales, or using false or misleading claims to promote a product. Gaming the system is considered unethical and can result in damage to a company's reputation. There can be legal consequences if the actions violate relevant laws or regulations.

8. Signing up influencers without their knowledge.

Engaging in any of the behaviors listed above may result in termination as a partner and the forfeiture of any outstanding commissions.

While partnering with Empower, we kindly request that you refrain from making donations to or associating with the following categories, as they do not align with our values and mission.

Political candidates or parties: We do not support or endorse any political campaigns or activities.

Illegal drugs and controlled substances: We do not support the use of illegal drugs or the promotion of any substance that is illegal under federal or state law, including CBD and THC products.

Weapons: We do not support or endorse the use of weapons of any kind, including firearms, explosives, or other dangerous materials.

Organizations promoting discrimination: We do not support or endorse any organization that promotes racism, bigotry, or discrimination against any individual or group based on their race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or any other characteristic.

Violence and conflict: We do not support or endorse any organization or activity that promotes violence or the use of force against others, or that promotes war or conflict between nations.
